Our servicing is individually tailored to your car based on the manufacturers' specification and in most cases if required, we service beyond the specification as we believe in the duty to our customer.

Any additional servicing which is specific to your make and model will be advised if required and work carried out only after your authorisation to do so. E.g. DSG and Haldex systems.

During a full service, we will also remove the wheels for full inspection and adjustment of the brakes. If the vehicle is on brake drums, they will be stripped, cleaned and greased during this process.

Brake fluid changes and air-conditioning services will be advised if necessary and only carried out with your authorisation.

Items such as brakes, cabin air filters, shock absorbers and essential fluids all need to be regularly checked; as do steering and suspension systems. Like any vehicle, common items (tyres, wiper blades, lights, etc...) also need to be checked and replaced as necessary.

Volkswagen and most other manufacturers offer a fixed service schedule - much like combustion-engine vehicles - with the first inspection due after two years. It is then recommended to service your electric car annually or every 18,000 miles, whichever happens first.

Cambelt & Water Pump change - quotes available upon request.
Please contact us.

The cambelt is one of the hardest working parts in your engine, driving major parts of the engine and keeping everything synchronised. Changing it prevents snaps, cracks and tears which in turn minimises the risk of major engine damage. As a company, we recommend a Cambelt change every 5 years, on Volkswagen Group Vehicles.

Digital Service Record

Updates to your digital servicing recorded with the manufacturer.

Recording your vehicles digital service record and keeping it up-to-date is very important, especially for warranty purposes and for retaining a full service history which helps to preserve the resale value of the vehicle.

If your vehicle is on the digital servicing system, we are able to update your record for all Volkswagen group vehicles.
